Skedco is proud to see the New York Police Department doing safe rescue training. The pictures below show the sequence of lowering a patient in a Sked® litter from the top of the Manhattan tower of the Brooklyn Bridge.
These techniques are practiced by NYPD in order to prepare for the real thing. They are ready but let's hope they never have to use these skills for real. We all know though that it could be necessary at any time, and they are ready to act at a moments' notice. Thank you NYPD. - Sept 18, 99
